What a fabulous and challenging day of ministry! We got going very early (5:30am) leaving for our ministry site at
Argelia Alta - Remanso De Amor. This is a church and school that seeks to reach out to the surrounding neighborhoods in some amazing ways. Dan, Barb and Deb spent time in the classroom teaching students of a variety of ages, while the rest of us went out into the neighborhoods and did several home visits!
After learning a whole lot about the ministry from Pastor Romero we headed to Brad and Sandi's for a great dinner and time of fellowship. Our time in worship and prayer was especially meaningful. We were all blessed in different ways as we again experienced the hand of God at work. One team member shared about the challenge of being transformed to truly live every moment for Jesus! What a challenge this is, one that can only be met as we sit in the grace of Jesus empowered by His grace to follow Him. Our prayer is that you will know that grace more deeply in your life!
